Job summary

Hydro is seeking an entry-level materials handler/warehouse associate to join our North America operations. You will read work orders, follow plans, and safely operate equipment while maintaining efficiency and housekeeping across shifts.

Position requires basic math, tape measure reading, and calculator use. Seasonal hours may apply; daytime shifts start early in the morning. Hydro offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a large global organization.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or instructions to determine tasks.
• Read plans or specifications to determine activities.

• Maintain efficiency standards for the area.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately record quantities handled or moved.
• Be prepared to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.

Starting Rate of Pay:$ 19.51/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:Day shift- EOWEO/ 2-2-3; 5:45 am- 6:00 pm

What you will be doing

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Safely and efficiently operates assigned equipment or machine.
• Lifts and stacks products.
• Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned areas.
• Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
• Must be able to work long hours as needed in seasonal temperatures.

What will make you successful?

• No High School Diploma or GED required.
• Little to no previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience is needed.
• Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow.
• Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).

• Must be able to use a calculator.
