Job summary

Time Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Packer for A Shift in Fremont, OH. The position runs 8:00am–8:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule, paying $19.00 per hour. The role focuses on visual quality checks, packaging, labeling, and supporting safety and housekeeping to ensure smooth production.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly, work in a noisy, dusty environment, and rotate across lines as needed. Prior packing or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/packing is a plus.
• Ability to rotate across multiple lines and areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual quality checks on products (color, length, piece count).
• Support proper packaging and labeling of finished goods.
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols; maintain housekeeping standards.
