Job summary

Hamilton-Ryker is seeking a Packer for the B Shift (8:00pm - 8:00am rotating) in Fremont, OH. The role focuses on packing, labeling, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. You will rotate across lines, maintain clean work areas, and follow PPE and safety protocols to support production goals.

The ideal candidate will perform visual quality inspections, handle basic counting, and lift up to 50 lbs while collaborating with teammates to keep operations running efficiently.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to support our B Shift operations. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will ensure finished products meet quality standards through visual inspections, proper packaging, and labeling. Your efforts will contribute to smooth production workflows, safety, and overall product excellence.

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform visual quality checks (color, length, piece count).


• Basic math skills (counting to 20).


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Commitment to safety and housekeeping standards.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating tunnel wrappers and Robo-Wrappers.


• Automated packaging or secondary process training.


• Forklift or power industrial truck certification.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Prior manufacturing or packing experience is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and temperature-variable environment.


• Willingness to rotate across multiple lines and areas.


• Must adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
