Job summary

Time Staffing, Inc. in Fremont, OH is seeking a Packer for the A Shift to support our manufacturing line. The role involves visual quality checks, proper packaging and labeling to ensure finished products meet standards, and contributing to safe, efficient production.

You will lift up to 75 pounds, work a 2-2-3 schedule from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and rotate across multiple lines. Prior packing or manufacturing experience is a plus; PPE and safety rules must be followed in a noisy, dusty environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to support our AShift operations. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will ensure finished products meet quality standards through visual inspections, proper packaging, and labeling. Your efforts will contribute to smooth production workflows, safety, and overall product excellence.

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform visual quality checks (color, length, piece count).
• Lift up to 75 pounds repetitively
• Basic math skills (counting to 20).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and housekeeping standards.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating tunnel wrappers and Robo-Wrappers.
• Automated packaging or secondary process training.
• Forklift or power industrial truck certification.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or packing experience is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and temperature-variable environment.
• Willingness to rotate across multiple lines and areas.
• Must adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
