Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Packer at our Hanover, PA location. The role supports the Production team, performing packing, labeling, stacking, and area cleaning to maintain efficient operations. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with potential Saturdays and long hours as needed.

Qualifications emphasize following instructions, strong communication, and reliability in a food-manufacturing environment. Overtime and weekend work are required at times, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

About the Role

The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
• Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
• Stack
• Clean work area
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Important Details

• 8-Hour Shifts
  • 1st Shift
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
    • Pay Rate: $20.79/hour
  • 2nd Shift
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
    • Pay Rate: $21.29/hour (includes shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with occasional Saturdays
    • Pay Rate: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)
• 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
  • Rotating Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
  • Crew A - Pay Rate: $20.79/hour
    • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Crew B - Pay Rate: $20.79/hour
    • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Crew C - Pay Rate: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)
    • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Crew D - Pay Rate: $22.04/hour (includes shift differential)
    • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
    • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

About You
