Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions in Greencastle, PA is seeking a Packer for the 2nd shift to package product and ensure accurate labeling and quality seals. You will prepare pallets for shipping and maintain packing standards while meeting daily production goals. The role reports to Amanda Knoblock.

The position requires standing and walking up to 10 hours daily, repetitive use of hands, and lifting up to 50 lbs. It offers a 2:30pm–11:00pm shift with health benefits, a 401(k), paid holidays, and paid

Packer (2nd Shift)

Compensation: $17.30 / hour

Description

The Packer (2nd shift) is responsible for packing boxes of product according to specified numbers per box; Visually inspect the product to assure that a good quality product is shipped; May use gages and scales to inspect the product; Make labels and assure proper labeling with correct item, quantity, description, etc.; Ensure all boxes have been sealed and that the appropriate label has been applied; Prepare pallets of box product to be sent to shipping.
