Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Packers for a long-standing client in Coal Center, PA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and a pay rate of $16.25 per hour with weekly pay.

As a Warehouse Packer, you will prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are accurately packed, labeled, and staged. The position requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, and operating pallet jacks, with benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, packing, shipping or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate orders using pick slips and shipment requirements.
• Label, count, and pack parts and products into boxes.
• Label boxes with order quantities and shipping information.
• Document products and quantities on each pallet.
• Wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipment.
• Operate electric pallet jacks to move completed pallets.
• Identify and correct packing or shipping errors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established warehouse and shipping procedures.

Warehouse Packer Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, fulfillment, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
