Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a full-time Packer-SIMPLE at our Rockmart production division. You will ensure accurate packing, verify cart contents, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires dependable attendance and the ability to operate packing lines with accuracy. As part of the production team reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and perform basic math.
• Must follow established quality and safety standards.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• Must meet minimum work standards and attendance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods into carts and prepare for shipment.
• Ensure carts are fully dried and ready for pack-out.
• Perform proper pack-out of exchange carts via belts 1, 2, and 3.
• Check finished carts for accuracy and move to shipping area.

FUNCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Regular attendance.
• Must work 88.75% of regular scheduled hours.
• Must be able to perform essential functions and meet minimum work standards with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Must follow established quality and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Secondary Job Functions:

• Operator ensures that the cart is fully dried and ready for pack-out.
• Operator ensures proper pack-out of exchange carts through belts 1, 2, and 3.
• Operator checks finished carts for accuracy.
• Operator takes completed carts to shipping area.
