Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a Packaging Associate on a 4th shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm) in Everett, WA. The role pays $20.77 per hour, with a potential raise to $23.00 per hour DOE. Primary duties include measuring, weighing, counting, inspecting packaging materials, and maintaining documentation.

Work involves packing, sealing, and coordinating with supervisors on instructions. Requires a high school diploma or GED; no prior experience necessary.

Schedule:

4th Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm (Full time)

Pay

$20.77/hr.

Valence Surface Technologies production is open 24 hours per day. All shifts are as follows: 1st shift (Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm 6:30am), 4th shift (Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm)

Essential Functions:

• Measure, weigh, and count products and ma terials.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
• Ensure that all documentation is kept with the materials.
• Record product, packaging, an d order information on specified forms and re cords. Seal containers or materials, using the stretch wrap, tape, and other packaging materials.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools. Clean containers, materials, supplies , or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
• Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks Ensure integrity of parts after processing (damage, scratches, etc.) Visually inspect parts to ensure the proces s has been completed correctly Perform othe r duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: None

Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
