Job description

Job Title: Packer
Schedule: As Needed – Typically Mondays and Tuesdays starting at 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location: Throop, PA 18512
Temporary role

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully pack chocolate products into bags or boxes according to quality standards and specifications
• Inspect chocolates for appearance, defects, and packaging integrity
• Label, seal, and stack finished packages for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed, such as generating product labels

Requirements:

• Drug and Background screening
• Prior experience in food packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
