Work Schedule:

• Shifts: Will work either 5 eight-hour shifts or 3 twelve-hour shifts based on business needs.
• Start times: 11:00 PM (8-hour shifts) or 7:00 PM / 11:00 PM (12-hour shifts).
• End times: 7:00 AM or 11:00 AM.
• Weekends required.

Job Description:

Packers are essential to the success at FritoLay! They are responsible for constructing boxes and packing products. This role offers growth opportunities within FritoLay and PepsiCo. Typical tasks include:

• Constructing boxes and packing products manually or with automated machines.
• Performing quality checks.
• Setting up lines during changeovers.
• Maintaining sanitation and housekeeping.

Work Environment & Requirements:

This is a 24-hour operation, requiring flexibility. It is a physically demanding job; you will be on your feet throughout your shift and expected to stay on the line until relieved. We seek individuals who are flexible, committed, and safety-focused. Minimum qualifications include:

• Being 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without accommodations.
