Wilsonart in Temple, TX is seeking an entry-level Laminates Associate to join our night shift. This grade 1 position supports inspection, setup and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will flip laminate, load saws, set up tables and pallets, inspect products and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Job Description

This person will assist with inspecting laminate, setting up tables, pallets and skids for inspection process. Under the direction of the Team Lead/Supervisor. Perform other tasks as required. This is a grade 1 position, working nights, 5pm - 5am, which includes weekends.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED, or will accept one year of work history.

EXPERIENCE: One year of work experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking/pushing/climbing and lifting material or equipment of heavy weight (>50 lbs) Examples: grounds staff and EMS

ENVIRONMENT: Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature extremes, loud noises and bright lights. Examples: mail clerks, material handlers and food service workers
