Job summary

Aerotek is hiring immediately for General Laborers in Spokane Valley, WA. You will prepare custom orders for shipment by wrapping, boxing, labeling materials, and operate packing equipment and warehouse tools to ready products for dispatch.

This is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role. You will load and move materials, inspect orders for quality, maintain a safe, organized workspace, and support shipping, receiving, and daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, packaging, shipping, receiving, or general labor preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, packing equipment, or material handling equipment.
• Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting, packing, and preparing orders.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and ability to work well on a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
