Job summary

Valvoline Global Operations is hiring a Packer in the Olyphant, PA area. You will replenish, pick and pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small auto parts for North America orders. RF scanners are used to fulfill shipments, and you will work across a 8–12 hour shift with lifting requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and a proactive approach to maintaining clean work areas and efficient packing processes. No remote work; on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pick/pack experience in a line environment, RF scanner experience.
• Experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Standing, squatting, reaching and walking 8–12 hours per shift.
• Quality minded with strong attention to detail and team orientation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

As aPackeryou will replenish, pick and pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts in fulfillment of customer orders shipping throughout North America. Orders are fulfilled using RF scanners and completed orders ship small parcel (UPS).

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Replenish, pick and packair filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.
• Manually construct shipping cartons.
• Keep work area clean.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You’ll Need

• High School Dipoloma or equivalent.
• Pick / pack experience in a line environment, RF scanner experience as well experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product.
• Must have the ability to lift, carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs in frequently. This role also requires standing, squatting, reaching and walking between 8 - 12 hours per shift.
• Must be quality minded and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, this individual must have a strong sense of teamwork, a quick work pace and a friendly, outgoing demeanor capable of getting along well with co-workers and managers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
