Wakefield Midwest, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing team member to perform a variety of repetitive operations to package Company product prior to shipping.
The role emphasizes teamwork and supports team development while ensuring quality before forwarding parts to the next operation. Responsibilities include inspecting pieces for defects, using tools to remove excess material, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced production setting.

Frequent mental and visual attention where the flow is intermittent with intermittent checking. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally required to walk, sit, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
