Staffmark in Lima, OH is seeking a Packer to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment on a fast-paced production line. You will inspect, label, and stage orders using scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Schedules:

• Weekend Shifts
• Friday – Sunday | 3rd Shift | 11 PM – 7:30 AM
• Saturday – Sunday | 1st Shift | 7 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday – Sunday | 2nd Shift | 3 PM – 11:30 PM

Education Requirements

Job Duties

• Inspect plastic products from multiple production lines to identify quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently at the end of the production line.
• Sort, separate, and classify cartons of products based on specific quality requirements and defect criteria.
• Maintain accurate inspection and production records by completing required quality control documentation.
• Meet established productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow training and quality procedures to quickly identify defects and process products efficiently.
• Assist with quality containment activities, product rework, and special inspection projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety guidelines.
