Qualifications

• Prefer high school diploma or GED and ability to read, understand, and complete production, inspection, and quality control paperwork.
• Basic math and counting skills required for tracking production quantities and defects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic products from multiple production lines to identify quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently at the end of the production line.
• Sort, separate, and classify cartons of products based on specific quality requirements and defect criteria.
• Maintain accurate inspection and production records by completing required quality control documentation.
• Meet established productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow training and quality procedures to quickly identify defects and process products efficiently.
• Assist with quality containment activities, product rework, and special inspection projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety guidelines.
