PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known logistics company in Grayslake, IL. We are hiring Packers who are team players, versatile, and dependable! Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

Pay: $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining inventory records, performing in-process tests, troubleshooting, following blueprints, coordinating with materials planning, and requisitioning materials.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and reliability are essential.

• Good written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods.
• Maintains inventory records of raw materials and keeps records on materials in process.
• Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets specifications.
• Recognizes malfunctions and troubleshoots to maintain production.
• Follows blueprints, subassembly layouts and schematics.
• Maintains running accounts of orders, work completed and inventory.
• Matches workload and equipment capacity to inventory and needs.
• Prepares and coordinates master schedules with materials planning and maintenance teams.
• Requisitions materials after determining delivery dates.

Pay: $18.00

Responsibilities:

• Operates equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods.
• Maintains inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing and keeps accurate and up-to-date records and/or data sheets on materials in process
• Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications.
• Recognizes equipment malfunctions and/or product deficiencies, and troubleshoots errors to achieve continuing optimum production levels.
• Hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content.
• Follows blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics.
• Maintains running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory.
• Matches workload, manning, and equipment capacity to existing inventory.
• Prepares and monitors master schedules by working with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities.
• Requisitions materials after determining delivery dates.
