Job summary

Staff Management | SMX in Columbus, OH, is hiring a Packer / Packing associate for Mars Pet Care. You will follow written SOPs, pick and pack per standards, perform basic quality checks, and help maintain 5-S and cleaning policies.

We offer paid training, weekly paychecks with Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, medical/dental insurance, and flexible shifts. Interviews by appointment; open Mon-Fri 8:30 am–4:30 pm.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm ($15/hour)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm ($15.25/hour)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am ($15.50/hour)

Hours of Operation:

Open: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Accepting Interviews by Appointment Only: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
