Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Packer to support production by inspecting and packaging products on conveyor lines in a fast-paced facility. The role offers a starting rate of $17.92 per hour with weekly pay and rotating day/night shifts (2-2-3).

You will pack goods, monitor quality, maintain supplies at the station, and adhere to strict safety and PPE guidelines to ensure a clean, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work with others effectively as part of a team is essential.
• Able to follow standard work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Check for quality issues and report to team lead.
• Ensure supplies at station (boxes, tape, etc.).
• Keep station clean at all times and follow safety guidelines.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive manual dexterity required.
