Job summary

Novolex in Franklin, OH is seeking a Feeder Packer to prepare materials, feed into machinery, inspect finished goods and pack products for shipment. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures, with starting pay between $18.36 and $18.93 per hour.

Availability on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) or 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) offers steady hours and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
• Identify and communicate product quality deviations; assist with resolution.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Read & understand Production Orders.
• Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
