Job summary

Novolex, a leading packaging manufacturer, is seeking a production worker in the United States to safely pack finished goods and prepare products for shipment. You will perform production, inspection, packaging and machine operation, read orders, and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

The role requires eligibility to work in the United States, overtime as needed, and a commitment to safety and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Commitment to work safely and to continue to learn and develop.
• Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties.
• Read and verify line orders/dockets.
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available.
• Effectively monitor production equipment.
• Complete daily production paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
