Job summary

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in Milan, OH is seeking a detail-oriented FT Bagger to join our manufacturing team. You will pull the first kit of each work order, inspect quality, verify counts, and bag/seal kits per standard work while using basic computing tools to manage templates and prints.

You will report defects to the Lead and maintain a clean, safe workspace following the 5S model. We emphasize teamwork, flexibility, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• High level of commitment and flexibility to meet shifting demands.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with colleagues.
• Focus on delivering quality, service, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pulls the first kit of the current work order to be quality inspected.
• Verifies counter periodically for accurate kit counts and makes adjustments.
• Bagging and sealing kits according to standard work.
• Performs basic computing tasks related to bagger units per templates.
• Informs Lead of non-conforming bags or defective bags immediately.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment per 5S.
• Maintains equipment such as bag wickets, rollers, and printer heads.
• Documents bags needing scrapped on the scrap report.
• Returns unused bags to designated locations.
• Tracks downtime in Ignition.
