Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners in Mexico, MO is seeking multiple full-time Packaging Team Members to join our manufacturing line. You will work in a refrigerated environment, operate packaging equipment, apply labels, and help ensure product quality from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing or food production, and the ability to follow instructions in English. We offer health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or food production experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to use labeling and scanning equipment accurately.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Vista Trac inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machine and load product into caddies.
• Verify lot and “best by” information on labels.
• Monitor packaging machine functions for proper operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment and packaging area.
