Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking multiple full-time Packaging Team Members to support the daily packaging operations of Ready-to-Eat meat products. The role involves machine setup, feeding, catching, labeling and metal detection to ensure quality and adherence to USDA requirements.

Candidates should be prepared for a cold environment, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years manufacturing or food production experience is a plus.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup, feeding, catching, and palletizing of products.
• Labeling, metal detection, and ensuring labeling accuracy.
• Monitor packaging operations and maintain GMP and safety standards.
• Assist in other duties as required in a fast-paced environment.
