Qualifications

• Must follow all personal and food safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stand for the majority of shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Dexterity to pack at least 65 bags/min from production lines within 90 days.
• Must be team oriented and able to communicate well in writing and speech.
• Strong commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to established safety standards and proactively address issues for a zero-accident culture.
• Assemble cartons, apply and pack cases according to specifications.
• Label boxes with correct labels and dates.
• Stack product onto pallets in proper configurations.
• Inspect product quality and alert supervisor of issues.
