Utz Quality Foods, LLC in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift on a rotating schedule. You will lead packaging operations, coach hourly staff, and drive food safety and quality on every shift.

You will supervise, train, and manage a team, ensuring GMPs, HACCP and SSOPs are followed, while optimizing labor and line performance in a fast-paced facility. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or mass production.
• Experience in a USDA-regulated facility preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and SSOPs.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all shift production operations for processing and packaging.
• Lead and manage hourly and temporary associates, including training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP and company procedures.
• Conduct pre and post-op inspections.
• Schedule, assign, and adjust labor based on production demands.
• Monitor line performance, labor efficiency and packaging waste.
• Collaborate with QA and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, quality and audit documentation.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement culture.
