Job summary

HP Hood in Concord, NH is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to safely and efficiently package quality products in line with HP Hood LLC standards. Responsibilities include operating and cleaning high-speed filling machines and CIP systems, completing required paperwork, and supporting production quotas while adhering to GMP and safety policies.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, basic math, and good English reading/writing skills; ability to work in a team and adapt to schedule changes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading & writing proficiency (English language) and ability to identify colors.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Multi-tasked individual.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean high speed filling machines and CIP systems in a sanitary, efficient manner.
• Safely operate assigned equipment following JHA requirements.
• Complete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
• Maintain monitoring of processing parameters to ensure quality products.
• Meet production quotas and follow GMP/safety policies.
• Participate in cross-training to maximize department efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow sanitation procedures.
• Work cooperatively with managers, supervisors and peers.
• Adhere to safety policies and adapt to changing production schedules.
