HP Hood LLC is seeking an Operator I to safely and efficiently assist in packaging quality products on a high-speed line. You will be proficient as a Filler Operator and/or Line Leader, ensuring clean operations and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a High School diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and timely production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate and clean filling and packaging equipment.
• Run high-speed filling and packaging machines; start up, shut down, and sanitize per SOP.
• Work safely following GMP, SOP and company policies.
• Submit work orders and maintain equipment.
• Meet production efficiencies and targets.
• Keep logs, paperwork and charts accurate.
• Complete paperwork per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
• Report safety concerns to supervision.
• Assist in training new or existing operators in qualification processes.
