Job summary

Grön is seeking a Packaging Support at our Melrose Park facility to assist in daily production and product fulfillment. You will work with the packaging team to maintain quality and safety standards while learning the METRC system.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar fast paced industry

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and frequently with the Packaging team and leadership to achieve daily goals
• Follow company and government compliance to complete daily packaging and prep
• Maintain a clear workspace
• Maintain our seed-to-sale system, METRC, by managing associated tags and batch stickers
• Complete daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly
• Learn to properly operate various types of machines in the packaging process
• Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-production
• Kenn a keen eye for the details to find tasks when there is a break in packaging
• Collaborate with coworkers to complete packaging tasks in a timely fashion
