Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with various hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs, safety guidelines and cGMP standards.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tasks completed.
• Provide leadership to line operators and coordinate with support personnel and leadership.
• Work together as a team to maintain the production schedule and objectives.
