Job summary

Altium Packaging in Memphis, TN is seeking an entry level Production Packaging Associate responsible for proper packaging and loading materials, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring GMP compliance. This role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and reliability.

You'll monitor lines, inspect bottles, replenish supplies, and move finished goods, with overtime as needed. Altium emphasizes safety, teamwork, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.
• Work well with others and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and restock supplies as needed.
