Job summary

Altium Packaging in Memphis is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. The role includes loading and moving material, operating packaging equipment, and following Good Manufacturing Practices.

The position requires basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work a 3rd shift. You will help maintain clean work areas, monitor lines, and support packaging operations to meet customer

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and load/move materials.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Monitor conveyors and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles during production, packaging and labeling.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities and quality issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and restock supplies as needed.
• Move finished goods to designated areas and ensure labeling accuracy.
