Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or with equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to work assigned shifts.
• Basic math skills including unit conversions.
• Some mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for tablet, capsule, and processing equipment.
• Ensure equipment runs safely, sanitary, and cost-effective.
• Accurately weigh and mix batches of material.
• Follow GDP and document batch processing in cGMP manner.
• Input production data into production management software on an iPad.
• Monitor parameters and perform in-process sampling as required.
• Communicate equipment issues to Manufacturing Leadership.
• Assist with plant sanitation and housekeeping.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Work overtime and dynamic shifts as needed.
• Support continuous plant operation and quality targets.
