Job summary

Threshold Enterprises in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a Production Associate to support mixing, drying, milling, coating, packaging, receiving, storing, and shipping in a nutraceutical/dietary supplement operation.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, able to follow standard manufacturing procedures, and willing to work long shifts, including weekends. Safety and GMP compliance are essential, with emphasis on cleanliness and cross-training across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and write legibly in English.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules including weekends.
• Previous work experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, and be able to lift 50 pounds; repeated bending, reaching and lifting of equipment or products.
• Willing to learn various work processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant sanitation and cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety expectations and wear required PPE.
• Work on a production line following standard procedures (mixing, coating, milling, etc.).
• Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation as a priority.
• Cross-training across facility in high-speed manufacturing processes.
