Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of experience with equipment or in manufacturing.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative with sound judgment.
• Punctual and reliable in attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work around allergenic powders and loud equipment.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to work assigned shifts.
• Basic math skills including unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and troubleshoot tablet, capsule, and processing equipment used in dietary supplement manufacturing.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently and products meet quality, safety, and cost standards.
• Accurately weigh and mix batches of material.
• Follow GDP to complete batch processing documentation in a cGMP manner.
• Use an iPad to input production data and quality information.
• Monitor process parameters and perform in-process sampling as required.
• Communicate equipment and facility issues to supervision.
• Assist with plant sanitation and housekeeping as needed.
• Follow safety practices and wear PPE at all times.
• Be prepared for overtime and variable shifts.
