Job summary

Commonwealth Sciences, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Operator to package, label, assemble, and inspect finished and semi-finished products on a manufacturing line.

You will operate bagging machines, labelers, sealers, and printers, gather materials per work orders, perform quality checks, assist with inventory, document packaging activities, and follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, packaging, laboratory, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating basic equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively on a team.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, assemble, and inspect finished and semi-finished products.
• Operate basic packaging equipment including bagging machines, labelers, sealers, and printers.
• Gather materials and paperwork according to work orders.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with inventory of packaging supplies and freezer-stored materials.
• Complete packaging documentation accurately and support the Packaging/Production team.
• Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
