Quantix SCS, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely operate packaging equipment and maintain product integrity according to GPPs.

The role emphasizes contamination prevention, adherence to processes, and meeting customer requirements on the assigned pack-out line. Responsibilities include setting up lines, managing paperwork, and reporting any quality concerns while following company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of Warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months of Operations experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain safe packaging and material handling processes within policy guidelines.
• Adhere to Good Packaging Practices (GPPs) to maintain product integrity.
• Perform complete blowdowns per customer quality standards.
• Assist Packaging Lead in setting up packaging lines.
• Set up transfer hoses to railcars following GPPs.
• Verify and initial paperwork before starting new packaging orders.
• Review and initial test prints after Packaging Lead approval.
• Report quality concerns to the Packaging Lead.
• Complete assigned training in Paylocity to maintain compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area for cleanliness and organization.
• Assist the Packaging Lead in completing tasks assigned by management.
