Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a full-time Processing Team Member to produce raw meat products. Responsibilities include receiving, grinding, mixing, stuffing, cooking, labeling, and documenting to meet QA standards and USDA regulations.

The role requires attention to detail, safety focus, and ability to work in a cold environment with repetitive motions. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read batch recipes and SOPs.
• Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on food safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks from receiving to labeling in a cold environment.
• Record batch data and ensure traceability in Vista Trac.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP/USDA regulations.
• Operate equipment, monitor product quality, and assist with packaging.
• Support safety and production goals as needed.
