Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a full-time Processing Team Member to produce raw meat products by receiving, grinding, mixing, stuffing, and cooking according to batch formulas and QA standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to GMPs and USDA regulations, and the ability to work in a cold environment with lifting and repetitive motion.

The team member will follow all SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and support production goals while ensuring product quality and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or food processing is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow batch recipes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Vista Trac inventory system preferred.
• Strong attention to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspections of machines and equipment.
• Receive shipments and complete required inspections.
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices.
• Weigh, grind, and mix raw materials per batch specifications.
• Set up and operate equipment to meet product requirements.
• Label and verify product labels and codes.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and FDA/USDA regulations.
