Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a dedicated Packager in Illinois to assemble and package products for shipment. You will follow SOPs, inspect for quality, and rotate through packing tasks while maintaining safety and 5S standards. The role may involve overtime and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to SOPs and batch records for shipping.
• Inspect for defects and ensure legible codes, proper seals, and correct quantities.
• Remove defective product for rework or disposal and escalate issues.
• Rotate through packing functions and assist with line changeovers.
• Maintain clean work areas and perform 5S housekeeping and safety duties.
• Complete required paperwork legibly and accurately, including production docs.
• Support teammates and assist with training of new staff; overtime/weekend work may be required.
