Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc (USA) is seeking an Inspection and Packaging Technician I for 2nd shift (1:30PM–10:00PM). The role focuses on visually inspecting, labeling and packing pharmaceutical products in a controlled environment and maintaining accurate manufacturing records.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with biotechnology certification preferred. You will operate packaging equipment and collaborate with the supervisor to ensure quality and compliance with cGMP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Biotechnology certificate preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to visually inspect small prints/labels and printed materials.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, label and package liquids, suspensions and lyophilized products.
• Operate semi-automatic inspection machines and label applicators.
• Maintain manufacturing records and complete required paperwork to comply with FDA regulations.
• Clean and prep labeling/packaging equipment and work area.
• Report variances or deviations to supervision.
• Stock materials and assist in general packaging operations.
