Job summary

Altium Packaging in Thomasville, NC is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to properly package materials and finished products, load and move materials, and operate packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices.

You will monitor conveyor belts, clear jams, inspect bottle quality, label and package according to customer requirements, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. Overtime may be required and onboarding occurs within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated area and maintains organized workstations.
• Assists with loading, moving materials and operating packaging equipment.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies and GMP.
