Job summary

Altium Packaging in Dallas, TX seeks an entry-level Production Packaging Associate for the 8hr-2nd Shift. Responsibilities include proper packaging, loading materials, operating packaging equipment, and following Good Manufacturing Practices. A strong emphasis is on safety, teamwork, and maintaining clean work areas.

Requirements include basic math and computer skills, with a preference for a HS diploma or GED. Training as part of the program is provided within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and load, move materials.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production and packaging.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow GMP and safety policies, wear PPE.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
