Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Phoenix for a 2nd shift. You will be responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment.

Adherence to GMPs and safety policies is required. The role includes bottle inspections, line monitoring, and ensuring correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Loads, moves materials and operates packaging equipment.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean and organized.
• Escalates bottle abnormalities and defects immediately.
• Maintains inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed to support shifts.
