Rhinegeist Brewery is seeking a Packaging Technician (2nd Shift) in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist in safe cleaning, sanitation, and operation of all packaging lines including canning, kegging, and bottling, while supporting maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
The role requires forklift certification or willingness to obtain, ability to lift up to 165 lbs, and the stamina to stand for long periods. A strong team mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Position Summary:
In the Packaging Technician role, the individual will be responsible for aiding in the safe and effective cleaning, sanitation, and operation of all packaging equipment and processes with a continual focus on quality. The processes and tasks of the role include all canning, kegging, and bottling, as well as all associated cleaning and staging tasks to support packaging operations. The individual should be prepared to be hands-on in all processes and work closely with Supervisors and Maintenance Personnel in order to troubleshoot and maintain operation of equipment during their scheduled production shift. During periods of scheduled or unscheduled downtime, the individual should also feel comfortable working both independently, as well as alongside Team Members, in maintaining department maintenance and cleaning schedules.

This position will train on a different shift for 1 - 3 months before moving to the proper shift.
The shift differential will be added once on the proper shift.
