Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 3rd shift. You will operate packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure quality and sanitation across the line, while using SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to maintain packaging flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in manufacturing/food production, and the ability to work overnight. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines, unscramblers).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep Packaging flowing.
• Perform routine operation checks and daily inspections; maintain sanitation after changeovers.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging; perform manual packing and palletizing.
• Record shipments and quality results in SAP; participate in 5S efforts.
