Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate in Argos, IN for a 12hr shift (7pm–7:30am). The role focuses on proper packaging of materials, loading and moving loads, and operating packaging equipment while following GMPs.

This entry level position requires basic math and computer skills, and completion of required training within 90 days. Responsibilities include quality checks, safety, inventory, labeling, and shift-to-shift transitions.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottle quality during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
