Job summary

Quantix SCS, Inc. seeks a Packaging Operator to perform essential packaging tasks in a safe, productive environment. You will handle packaging, material handling, and visual inspection while maintaining uptime and complying with site-specific requirements.

The role requires GMP/5S compliance, strict adherence to safety and quality policies, and collaboration with management to drive improvements. Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts on a 4 on/4 off schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Drug and alcohol screening required.
• Site safety classes (HASC/ISTC) required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection operations.
• Complies with all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Utilize onsite Safety programs such as the JLA process.
• Operate and maintain GMP and 5S methodology.
• Maintain housekeeping in the designated workspace around packaging and material handling.
• Operate with quality assurance in adherence to standards.
• Provide constructive procedural and operational improvement recommendations to Management.
• Manage own time, activities, and resources to achieve objectives.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervision and/or management.
