Kelly Services is seeking a Production Packaging Technician for our Florence, KY facility. This role supports packaging operations, handling polymers, and ensuring safety and quality on rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include packing materials, keeping a clean workspace, cleaning totes, inspecting bags for defects, unloading bars for cleaning, and following all safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating night shifts.
• Successful completion of drug screening, background check, and physical examination required

Responsibilities

• Package materials efficiently and according to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized process area.
• Clean totes and bins in the tote washroom.
• Fill bags with polymers, inspect for holes or tears, and ensure quality standards.
• Unload bars for cleaning, ensuring all equipment is handled safely.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols during all tasks.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) as scheduled

• Night Shift (C/D): $22.50 per hour
  
• Day Shift (A/B): $22.00 per hour
